According to Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, Biden plans to address the assembly on September 24, covering his administration's priorities and vision for international cooperation focusing on addressing global threats, promoting economic prosperity, and upholding human rights.

While in New York, Biden will engage with various world leaders to discuss enhancing global security and advancing mutual goals. These conversations will span a wide array of topics, including global peace efforts, economic stability, and the protection of human rights. Biden's participation in the UN Assembly follows his announcement of the fourth in-person Quad Leaders' Summit, scheduled for September 21 in Wilmington, Delaware.
