US NHC says Isaias has become a hurricane

​The ​US ‌National ​Hurricane Center ‌said in its latest advisory on ‌Wednesday that Isaias ‌has strengthened into a ⁠hurricane.

Isaias ​was ⁠about 460 miles (745 ⁠Km) south-southwest of ​the mouth of the ⁠Mississippi river, ⁠with ​maximum sustained winds ⁠of 75 mph (120 Km/h).
