Russia Retaliates with EU Media Ban

Russia's Foreign Ministry announced a ban on several EU media outlets from broadcasting within Russia. This move is a response to the EU's similar ban on three Russian media outlets. The affected European outlets include Germany's Der Spiegel, Spain's el Mundo, and France's le Monde.

Russia's Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday it was banning access inside Russia to the broadcasting resources of dozens of European Union media outlets in retaliation for a similar EU ban on three Russian media outlets.
