Poland's Call for Coordinated EU Defence Spending

Poland's Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, emphasized the importance of coordinating the country's substantial defence spending with other EU nations. Speaking alongside German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Tusk highlighted the need for unified efforts in armament investments to enhance collective security.

Poland wants its spending on defence to be well coordinated with other European Union countries, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Tuesday.

"Poland spends huge amounts of money on armaments," Tusk said during a joint press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. "I would like our efforts to be well coordinated with the efforts of other countries."
