Delhi Government Reshuffles Key IAS Officers on LG's Orders
The Delhi government's Services Department, under the direction of Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, has reshuffled several IAS officers. Key changes include A Anbarasu's shift to principal secretary (PWD) with additional charge of DJB CEO, and new appointments for Nikhil Kumar, Chanchal Yadav, and KM Uppu, among others.

The Delhi government's Services Department, under orders from Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, has executed a significant reshuffle of several IAS officers. A Anbarasu, who held the additional charge of principal commissioner (trade and taxes), has been reassigned as principal secretary (PWD) with the additional responsibility of Delhi Jal Board (DJB) CEO.
In the reshuffle, Nikhil Kumar, a 2002 batch IAS officer who was awaiting assignment, has been posted as secretary (land and building). Chanchal Yadav, from the 2008 batch, will now serve as secretary (home).
Furthermore, KM Uppu, previously holding the additional charge of Excise Commissioner, has been relieved and will now exclusively serve as secretary of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC). Other notable reassignments include Arti Lal Sharma and Jitender Yadav to the DDA and MCD, respectively.
