Rahimul, a 50-year-old man from Bangladesh's Khulna district, was arrested in Roorkee for allegedly entering India without legal documents. Detained in a military area, he revealed he entered through the Bainapur border seeking work. A case has been filed under the Foreigners Act and Passport Act.

Local police arrested Rahimul, a 50-year-old Bangladeshi man, for illegally entering India. He was captured while suspiciously roaming a military area in Roorkee's Dhandera, having no valid documents.
Rahimul admitted he crossed the Bainapur border three months ago to find work and was searching for accommodation in Roorkee.
The authorities registered a case against him under the Foreigners Act and the Passport Act.
