The improved security in Jammu & Kashmir stems from a combined effort by the Army and various agencies. Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed a notable improvement in security, thanks to coordinated efforts by the Indian Army and other agencies, said Lt. Gen. M V Suchindra Kumar, Northern Army Commander.

Discussing counter-terrorism developments, Kumar highlighted strategies to dismantle the terror ecosystem and empower the population, focusing on youth and cultural revival.

The commander emphasized strengthened citizen-soldier relations and synergy between military, police, and intelligence agencies as pivotal to the region's stability and development.
