In a recent assembly session, Rajasthan's Minister of State for Home Affairs, Jawahar Singh Bedham, clarified that there is no proposal to grant weekly days off to police personnel.
The minister addressed ongoing efforts against cybercrime, highlighting the introduction of helpline 1930 for rapid response and advanced police vehicles to bolster internal security.
Bedham further dismissed any current proposals to raise mess and uniform allowances or introduce a monthly risk allowance for police personnel.
