Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov asserted the country's commitment to resolving conflicts, including the Ukrainian crisis, through diplomatic negotiations. This stance aligns with comments from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, who expressed willingness to regain territory through non-military means.

However, Peskov pointed out a pause in negotiations with Ukraine, noting Kyiv's alleged reluctance to resume talks amid accusations that Moscow is demanding conditions tantamount to surrender.
