Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Saturday reaffirmed his government's commitment to a transparent and timely recruitment process.

During a review meeting addressing vacant posts and ongoing recruitments, Sharma asserted that over 16,500 appointments have been secured in various departments within the first few months of the current administration.

On June 29, appointment letters will be distributed to successful candidates from recent recruitment examinations encompassing more than 7,000 posts.

The Chief Minister instructed all departments to set annual recruitment targets and coordinate with designated agencies to ensure adherence to a well-structured timeline and prompt result declarations.

Sharma also criticized the previous Congress government, accusing it of failing the state's youth due to numerous instances of paper leaks and cheating scandals. He stated that all previous government recruitments are currently under review.

Principal Secretary of the Department of Personnel, Hemant Gera, revealed that invitations have been issued for 41,413 posts since the current government's term commenced, and exams have been conducted for 11,633 positions.
