BJP and Congress Clash Over NEET Irregularities

The BJP has leveled accusations against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for indulging in what it calls 'petty politics' over purported irregularities in the NEET examination. The ruling party insists that the government is addressing the issue 'very sensitively' and assures that justice will be served for all students involved.

The BJP further alleges that the Congress is attempting to mislead the nation by propagating falsehoods to undermine the government's efforts in systematizing the exam process. They claim this is part of a larger 'conspiracy' to distract from the involvement of its ally RJD in the NEET paper leak case in Bihar.

BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi has called Gandhi’s remarks 'sad,' asserting that the Congress leader is exploiting the issue for political gain, with little regard for the students' future. Meanwhile, another spokesperson, Shehzad Poonawalla, criticized Gandhi for his 'petty politics,' highlighting that the paper leaks were far more common under the Congress-led UPA regime.
