Sharad Pawar Asserts MVA Unity Ahead of Maharashtra Assembly Elections

NCP (SP) president Sharad Pawar on Saturday underscored the Maha Vikas Aghadi's (MVA) commitment to unity as they prepare for the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections. Pawar insisted that the coalition, which includes the Shiv Sena (UBT), NCP (SP), and Congress, will offer voters a robust alternative.
Speaking to reporters, Pawar dismissed allegations of intra-alliance friction. 'There is no one-upmanship in the alliance, and we've managed to resolve any issues during the Lok Sabha elections peacefully,' he stated.
Pawar also addressed the recent violence during an anti-encroachment drive at Vishalgad Fort in Kolhapur, condemning the eviction as unnecessary and highlighting the High Court's involvement in the matter.
