Maharashtra BJP chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule on Saturday criticized the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance, claiming that its election would not benefit the state.
Bawankule accused the MVA of halting welfare projects initiated by both state and Union governments. He challenged the MVA to clarify its position on extending the OBC quota to Marathas.
During the state BJP's upcoming convention in Pune, Union ministers Nitin Gadkari and Amit Shah are expected to deliver key addresses. Discussions will focus on the state and national political landscape, with Mumbai BJP chief Ashish Shelar commending the state government's budget. The event will strategize on ensuring welfare schemes reach all booths.
