Chhattisgarh Assembly Lauds PM Modi's Third Term Victory

The Chhattisgarh legislative assembly on Friday passed a resolution conveying greetings and best wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his election to the prime ministerial post for a third consecutive term. Notably, opposition members were absent during the session.

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, speaking on the occasion, hailed Modi's third-term victory as a significant milestone amidst the prevailing political challenges. Sai recalled his tenure as Minister of State during Modi's first term and noted witnessing Modi's humble gesture of bowing before entering Parliament.

Sai highlighted Modi's successful initiatives such as the Swatch Bharat Yojana, the electrification of approximately 14,000 villages, the opening of Jan Dhan accounts, and key decisions like the abrogation of Article 370 and the construction of the Ram Mandir. He also commended Modi's efforts in containing COVID-19 and making vaccines widely accessible. Sai affirmed Chhattisgarh's commitment to supporting Modi's vision of a developed India by 2047.
