Uddhav Thackeray Criticizes BJP in Fiery Speech

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray launched a strong criticism against the BJP, accusing them of 'power jihad' and bribing voters with schemes. He also hit back at Union Home Minister Amit Shah, likening him to the Afghan king Ahmad Shah Abdali, and criticized the new parliament building's leakage issues.

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray criticized the BJP on Saturday, accusing the former ally of engaging in ''power jihad'' by splintering political parties to form a government.

Responding to Union Home Minister Amit Shah's ''Aurangzeb Fan Club'' comment aimed at him, Thackeray compared Shah to Ahmad Shah Abdali, the Afghan ruler who defeated the Marathas at Panipat.

In his speech at the Shiv Sankalp rally, Thackeray accused the Eknath Shinde government of offering ''revdis'' (freebies) like the Mukhyamantri Ladki Bahin Yojana to bribe voters and criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the leakage in the new parliament building.
