The Congress also alleged that Modi's ability for ''malice, mischief, and maligning'' history was on full display at the Red Fort.

The Congress's denouncement followed Modi's statement that a ''secular civil code'' is currently needed as the existing laws are discriminatory and a ''communal civil code.''
