Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday met his Polish counterpart, Donald Tusk, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral ties between India and Poland.
Arriving in Poland on Wednesday, marking the first visit by an Indian Prime Minister in 45 years, Modi received a ceremonial red carpet welcome at the Chancellery before engaging in talks.
The bilateral discussions will continue as Modi is also scheduled to meet Polish President Andrzej Sebastian Duda. Following his stay in Poland, Modi will travel to Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, for further diplomatic engagements.
