Congress Finalizes Haryana Poll Candidates Amid Speculation

AICC's Haryana in-charge Deepak Babaria announced that a comprehensive list would be unveiled by Wednesday. The ongoing speculation surrounding Vinesh Phogat will also be resolved by Tuesday.

Babaria disclosed that of the 49 names proposed, 34 have been ratified while 15 remain pending. The criteria for selection emphasize the winnability of leaders, particularly those who haven't faced defeat more than twice. Sources confirmed that former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda is among the approved names.
