The political scene in Haryana took a dramatic turn on Sunday as Anita Agarwal, wife of Aam Aadmi Party's Haryana vice president and former MLA Umesh Aggarwal, alongside their son Samarth Agarwal, joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The induction was overseen by BJP district president Kamal Yadav. According to an official statement from BJP, Yadav welcomed the newcomers, emphasizing that the party respects its workers and ensures they receive full respect and opportunities.

In a surprising twist, Umesh Aggarwal publicly stated that he has no relationship with his wife Anita and that a divorce case is currently pending in court.
