Haryana Independents Rally Behind BJP for Third Term

The BJP is set to form its government for the third time in Haryana. Independent MLAs Savitri Jindal, Devender Kadyan, and Rajesh Joon have pledged their support. Despite facing anti-incumbency, BJP secured 48 seats in the Assembly, thwarting Congress's comeback attempt.

The BJP is poised to form its government for a third consecutive term in Haryana, following a decisive victory in the polls. The support of Independent MLAs Savitri Jindal, Devender Kadyan, and Rajesh Joon is set to bolster BJP's position as they prepare to take office.

Joon, a former Congress member, and Kadyan, who ran independently after being denied a BJP ticket, both emerged victorious in their respective constituencies, Ganaur and Bahadurgarh. Savitri Jindal, who won as an Independent from Hisar, expressed her desire for the development of Hisar as a beautiful city.

The BJP's victory marks a significant triumph over anti-incumbency, securing 48 out of 90 seats in the Assembly. This win thwarts Congress's attempt to regain power and ensures continued leadership under the BJP in Haryana.
