Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that arranging a meeting between Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump could take several months, possibly occurring in Riyadh.
Europe demands participation in the peace talks, fearing exclusion might jeopardize their security, as both Russia and the U.S. express a desire to negotiate a settlement.
