Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has accused the central government of executing a 'well-planned conspiracy' through a delimitation exercise, aimed at diminishing reserved tribal and Dalit seats. Addressing the assembly, Soren explained the alleged hidden agenda behind this national move.
Soren criticized BJP leaders, claiming their promises of development remain unfulfilled while their actual agenda is power retention. Highlighting his government's efforts, Soren announced a budget focused on social security and education, including the Maiyan Samman Yojana for women and the upcoming Valmiki Scholarship Scheme.
Soren also highlighted fiscal challenges, alleging neglect from the Centre with delays amounting to nearly Rs 1.36 lakh crore. He vowed state-backed initiatives such as a helicopter ambulance service, signaling a commitment to addressing public welfare and infrastructure issues without central support.
