Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge expressed concerns about Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel in the House, arguing it hindered opposition MPs from voicing issues. Rijiju clarified that the inclusion of CISF was a response to past security incidents, emphasizing that Parliament's security falls under the Chair's jurisdiction, not the government.

Rijiju assured opposition parties of open communication, stating that MPs' rights to protest and raise issues would remain intact, but they should not impede others' rights. Discussions in both Houses have faced disruptions over electoral roll revisions in Bihar.
