The Supreme Court temporarily halted proceedings against Rahul Gandhi, who faced defamation charges for remarks made during his Bharat Jodo Yatra. The Congress believes the proceedings are politically motivated to distract from the government's failures. The party stressed the moral duty of citizens to question the government on national security issues.
