Modi's itinerary includes a visit to Japan before arriving in Tianjin for the summit, scheduled for August 31 to September 1. Although not officially confirmed, this strategic visit aligns with ongoing efforts to revive bilateral dialogues and enhance cooperation after a tense military standoff in eastern Ladakh.
