West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has raised concerns over the ongoing vote counting process, alleging a coordinated effort between the BJP and the Election Commission to skew early trends in favor of the saffron party.

In a resolute address, Banerjee urged Trinamool Congress candidates and agents not to abandon counting centers, asserting that misinformation was being spread about the electoral lead. With reports indicating the BJP leading in 188 constituencies, Banerjee maintained confidence in a significant number of seats still secured by her party.

The Chief Minister further accused the Election Commission of halting count declarations where TMC was leading and highlighted irregularities in the process. Despite mounting challenges, she encouraged TMC workers to remain steadfast, assuring more counting rounds and emphasizing faith in their eventual success.
