Tragedy in Hebron: Infant's Death Sparks Outcry

A seven-month-old Palestinian infant, Sam Fahd Abu Haikal, was laid to rest in Hebron after being shot dead by the Israeli military. His funeral was held a day after the tragic incident took place near Hebron in the Israeli-occupied West Bank.

The shooting also injured the child's parents, and the grieving father, Fahd, vehemently rejected claims that the bullet was fired by mistake. "This was not an accident," he asserted. Witnesses say the family was stopping their car when soldiers fired upon them.

The Israeli military admitted that 'uninvolved civilians' were injured in an incident they're currently reviewing. Meanwhile, the identity of the soldiers involved remains undisclosed, and their service status during the investigation is unconfirmed.
