DN Homes, a major name in Odisha's real estate sector, has announced a partnership with YOO Worldwide to unveil Odisha’s first branded residences, DN YOO Odisha. The luxury residential project will feature international standard amenities, designed by the renowned Philippe Starck, and aims to place Bhubaneswar on the global real estate map.

With a repertoire of 15 completed projects and 6 ongoing developments, DN Homes’ latest venture promises unique living experiences in Gajapati Nagar, Bhubaneswar. The amenities include three swimming pools, a poolside restaurant, premium retail spaces, and a 44,000 sq.ft. resort-styled clubhouse, all designed to offer a lifestyle beyond luxury.
