Brookfield Properties is stepping up its sustainability efforts by sourcing renewable energy for its four office campuses in Delhi-NCR from its Bikaner Solar Power Project located in Rajasthan. The initiative is part of the company's first partnership in India under the Interstate Transmission System (ISTS) bilateral arrangement.

This transition is expected to reduce their carbon footprint by more than 20,000 tonnes of CO2 annually.
Brookfield Properties is a global leader in real estate operations, managing over 390 million square feet of property worldwide. Its India portfolio comprises approximately 55 million square feet spread across ten major cities, with over 45 million square feet currently operational.
