During a MMRDA review meeting with Commissioner Sanjay Mukherjee, affected farmers voiced concerns over land used for the Mogharpada metro depot. MMRDA promised fair compensation and explored project rerouting to minimize impact.
Sarnaik highlighted the urgency of solving Mira-Bhayander's water crisis before monsoon, stressing the government's dedication to balanced urban development.
