In a concerted effort to rid Delhi of pollution, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta unveiled an ambitious plan on Thursday to transform the city into a clean, green, and healthy capital.
Presiding over a high-level meeting attended by Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa and top officials, Gupta called for accelerated pollution-control measures across key agencies, including the Delhi Development Authority and the police.
The chief minister emphasized the use of sprinklers and smog guns to mitigate dust, along with increased vehicle emission monitoring at city borders, to significantly improve air quality under the broader Viksit Delhi Sankalp Patra initiative.
