Aditi Ashok climbed to T-44th place at the Amundi Evian Championship, adding a 1-under 70 to her initial round of 71. However, play was suspended due to rain and lightning, leaving the second round incomplete. Ashok's total stands at 1-under for 36 holes, up from overnight T-52.
Diksha Dagar, who suffered a tough 76 on the first day, withdrew before the second round for medical reasons. Aditi has had a stellar career, including five wins and a LET event win at the Hero Women's Indian Open.
Leading the board is Japan's Ayaka Furue at 12-under-par after 13 holes, followed by Australia's Stephanie Kyriacou and South Korea's Haeran Ryu. First-round co-leader Patty Tavatanakit of Thailand is a stroke behind in a tie for fourth with the USA's Angela Stanford.
