Katie Ledecky has made history, becoming the most decorated woman in swimming with her 13th Olympic medal. Ledecky and her American teammates secured a silver in the 4x200-meter freestyle relay, with Australia taking gold.

"There's always pressure, but we aimed for the best possible medal and records," said anchor swimmer Erin Gemmell.

With eight golds, four silvers, and one bronze, Ledecky, 27, surpasses previous record holders Dara Torres, Natalie Coughlin, and Jenny Thompson, and she aims to continue competing through the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
