This task force, led by the chief secretary, will design the structure and governance of the new Delhi Urban Metropolitan Transport Authority (DUMTA) to address pollution and mobility issues in the bustling National Capital Region.
Other key responsibilities include drafting a strategic mobility plan and ensuring coordination across transport agencies, with the aim to submit findings to the Delhi Lieutenant Governor within three weeks.
