In response to recent operational disruptions, IndiGo has announced that it will offer travel vouchers valued at Rs 10,000 to customers significantly impacted in the past few days.

The airline stated this voucher is in addition to government-mandated compensation for flights canceled within 24 hours of departure, which ranges from Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000.

Emphasizing its commitment to customer care, IndiGo assured that refunds for canceled flights have largely been processed, with any remaining refunds to follow. For bookings made through travel partners, IndiGo has initiated refund actions and requested affected customers to contact them for prompt assistance.

The airline acknowledged that numerous passengers were left stranded due to congestion at airports on December 3-5, 2025. IndiGo remains committed to restoring a smooth and reliable experience.

Meanwhile, IndiGo's CEO, Pieter Elbers, was seen arriving at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation for a meeting to address these ongoing customer grievances and operational issues.
