NSE-listed NDR InvIT has unveiled its new warehousing facility in South Goa, leased to a prominent manufacturing client. The facility, located in Verna, a key industrial hub, is optimally positioned to serve the manufacturing and industrial sectors, thanks to excellent connectivity to major highways, ports, and industrial clusters.

The 1 lakh sq ft facility is fully operational and highlights the growing demand for Grade A warehousing infrastructure in emerging markets like Goa. The launch of this facility enhances NDR's presence in Goa, expanding its total state portfolio to approximately 1.3 million sq ft.
