In a heated political exchange, the BJP on Monday leveled serious allegations against the Punjab government, claiming it attempted to influence young minds through the education system. The accusation centered on questions about the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in a Class 12 board examination.

The BJP's Punjab media head, Vineet Joshi, criticized the government's move, stating that two questions on AAP's founding year and its policies appeared in a political science exam conducted by the Punjab School Education Board on March 4. This, he argues, is an effort to favor AAP among young voters.

Joshi expressed concerns about the potential political manipulation, especially given AAP's electoral challenges. He criticized the absence of questions on other parties like the Shiromani Akali Dal, Congress, and BJP, calling for an impartial education system free from political propaganda.
