The revisions introduce a three-language formula for Class 6 and a two-level categorization of mathematics and science for Class 9, aiming to enhance students' multilingual capabilities and understanding of core subjects. Notably, two of the three languages in schools must be native Indian languages. A phased roll-out plan ensures a smooth transition to this expanded linguistic framework.

Furthermore, computational thinking and artificial intelligence are set to become compulsory subjects, indicative of the board's commitment to integrating technology in education.
