Nepal Rescues: Army and Authorities Unite Amidst Torrential Rains and Landslides

The Nepal Army executed a daring rescue operation on Monday, successfully saving 12 trekkers who were trapped in the Langtang region following relentless rainfall and landslides.

Authorities confirmed that while these individuals were safely brought to Syafrubesi, four others remain missing after being swept away by a river. Rescue operations involving the Nepal Army, Nepal Police, and Armed Police Force are ongoing.

Despite this tragedy, the weather is showing signs of improvement in the Kathmandu Valley, allowing life to steadily return to normal. Residents are witnessing the resumption of daily activities as roadways and traffic return to operational status.
