During the trip, PM Modi attended the Quad Leaders Summit in Delaware with U.S. President Joe Biden and delivered remarks at the United Nations 'Summit of The Future'. He also engaged in multiple bilateral meetings with various leaders, calling the visit "fruitful" and impactful on global betterment.

Modi shared a video with highlights, including his interactions with the Indian diaspora, American business leaders, and a notable meeting at Biden's home. The Quad Summit, featuring Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, was a hallmark of Modi's third term. Both Biden and Kishida expressed confidence in the Quad's endurance beyond upcoming U.S. elections.
