Credifin's Ambitious Expansion: Tapping New Opportunities in India's Heartland

With plans to disburse Rs 200 crore, the company is introducing new loan offerings, notably mortgage loans in Madhya Pradesh by 2025.

Credifin, a non-banking financial firm headquartered in Jalandhar, announced plans on Monday to broaden its operations across Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh. This expansion effort will see the company hiring over 300 employees within the next two months, enhancing their presence in the regions.
Currently operating in more than 150 locations and employing over 550 people, Credifin is poised to significantly scale its business through a targeted disbursement of Rs 200 crore in these new areas. The firm aims to reach major cities like Nagpur, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Pune in Maharashtra, and has similar ambitions in Raipur, Bilaspur, and Korba in Chhattisgarh.
Furthermore, Credifin is set to introduce mortgage loans in Madhya Pradesh by 2025, focusing on cities such as Bhopal and Indore. According to CEO Shalya Gupta, this strategic expansion underscores their goal of becoming a leading player in India's financial services market.
