The arrest of Janata Dal (United) candidate Anant Singh in connection with the Dularchand Yadav murder case has put Bihar's law enforcement under scrutiny. RJD leader Mrityunjay Tiwari described the state's situation as 'gundaraj,' urging PM Modi to address the delayed apprehension of Singh.
Patna District Magistrate Thiyagarajan SM maintained that normalcy has been restored following extensive efforts to enforce order. 'The situation is absolutely normal now,' he confirmed, detailing the arrest of 80 individuals and a thorough inquiry into election-related disturbances.
