Ticiana Kobel has announced her resignation from the Board of Directors at RHI Magnesita India, citing a conflict of interest due to her new position on the Supervisory Board of the parent company, RHI Magnesita GmbH.

Kobel's resignation will take effect at the close of business on November 17, 2025. In her resignation letter, she emphasized compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and the Articles of Association of the Company.

Following her exit, Kobel will no longer serve on key board committees including the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and the Risk Management Committee. RHI Magnesita India is expected to announce her replacements soon. Meanwhile, the company's shares saw a drop of 2.20% on the BSE.
