Authorities have confirmed that Sajid Akram, 50, and his son, Naveed Akram, 24, the primary suspects in the Bondi Beach shootings, spent nearly November in the Philippines. Arriving from Sydney, the duo is accused of killing 15 and injuring dozens, with their final listed destination being the southern province of Davao, according to the state media.

The two left the Philippines on November 28, departing from Davao to Manila, heading back to Sydney, as confirmed by a Bureau of Immigration spokesperson. Naveed holds Indian-Australian citizenship, while Australian police confirm no other suspects are sought in the case.

Background sources reveal that Sajid originally hailed from Hyderabad, India, migrating to Australia after completing his Bachelor of Commerce. Despite limited contact with family back home and no prior records of radical activity, questions remain about the factors influencing their alleged actions, as authorities continue the investigation.
