Russia says it has grounds to believe that France and Ukraine are helping militants in Mali, RIA reports

​The ‌Russian Foreign ​Ministry said on ‌Thursday that Moscow believed that the intelligence ‌services of France and ‌Ukraine had helped militants in ⁠Mali ​mount ⁠attacks against the Russian-backed authorities ⁠there, the state ​RIA news agency reported.

The ⁠ministry did not ⁠elaborate ​on what evidence it ⁠had to support such a ⁠belief, ⁠according to RIA.
