Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu held talks on Friday with his South Sudanese counterpart, Russian state news agency RIA reported, citing the defence ministry.
The ministers discussed defence cooperation projects and agreed to develop bilateral relations in military field.
Russian President Vladimir Putin hosted South Sudan's President Salva Kiir for talks on Thursday in the Kremlin.
