Britain to create legal framework for autonomous vehicles

Britain will introduce laws to create a legal framework for the development of the autonomous vehicle industry, King Charles said on Tuesday as he presented the government's legislative agenda for the coming parliamentary session.

"My Ministers will introduce new legal frameworks to support the safe commercial development of emerging industries, such as self-driving vehicles," Charles said in a speech to lawmakers.
