Vietnam Calls Out China Over Illegal Survey Activities

Vietnam's foreign ministry on Thursday said it was deeply concerned over the presence of a Chinese survey vessel in its exclusive economic zone.

"Vietnam requests China to immediately cease its illegal survey activities in Vietnam's exclusive economic zone and continental shelf," foreign ministry spokesperson Pham Thu Hang told a regular press conference.
