BJP's New Dawn in Odisha: Unveiling 'Modi ki Guarantee'

After taking oath, Odisha's first BJP government, led by Mohan Charan Majhi, prioritizes fulfilling promises under 'Modi ki Guarantee.' These commitments include paddy procurement at Rs 3,100 per quintal, job creation, and refunding chit fund losses. Key ministers affirmed their dedication to these targets and public service.

After taking oath on Wednesday, Odisha's inaugural BJP government, headed by Mohan Charan Majhi, committed to prioritizing its promises under 'Modi ki Guarantee.'

The party's manifesto, titled 'Modi Ka Guarantee for Odisha 2024,' outlines pledges to ensure paddy procurement at Rs 3,100 per quintal, create 3.5 lakh jobs in five years, and refund money lost in chit fund scams.

Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida and cabinet ministers reaffirmed their dedication to meeting these promises, emphasizing teamwork and public service.

Prithiviraj Harichandan, another key cabinet member, echoed these commitments, underscoring the immediate commencement of efforts. Minister of State Sampad Chandra Swain attributed the BJP's success to divine blessings, public support, and the promised guarantees.

Several ministers, including Krushna Chandra Patra and Nityananda Gond, emphasized closing the gap between people and previous administration and focusing on the state's development, particularly its poor. Newly appointed Cabinet minister Suresh Pujari expressed a sense of duty towards serving the people of Odisha.
