A bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Manmohan and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela concurred with a prior judgment that had rejected the petition.

Furthermore, the court indicated that the appellant may require medical assistance and instructed the relevant authorities to keep an eye on him as per the Medical Health Act. The petition, filed by Captain Deepak Kumar, made serious accusations against Modi and his associates, alleging that they attempted to destabilize national security by planning a fatal crash of an Air India flight in 2018.
